Building community through connection.

Big ideas, real impact.

Nearly ten years ago, I created Hip Pops to give fathers something they did not have enough of: visibility, connection, and community.

At the time, “dad content” was not a trend, and becoming a creator was never part of my plan. I was a corporate executive building a career that would eventually span more than 20 years. But Hip Pops introduced me to storytelling, content creation, community building, and the power of a brand that makes people feel seen.

The online world did not always feel designed for someone in my generation—whether you call us elder millennials, Xennials, or the Oregon Trail Generation. I had to learn how to adapt without losing who I was. In that process, I discovered something important: I was not simply creating content. I was building brands, shaping communities, and turning meaningful ideas into platforms people could believe in.

That work grew from Hip Pops into Pops Purpose, Pops Production, and The Tribe. Each brand served a different purpose, but they were all built on the same foundation: authentic stories, intentional relationships, creative thinking, and community.

Then life presented me with a new path.

After more than two decades in corporate America, I made an abrupt exit from the career I expected to keep growing. It was not the plan, but sometimes purpose arrives before permission. What initially felt like disruption became an opportunity to claim something deeper: mental independence and the freedom to build on my own terms.

Now I am bringing everything I have learned together through The Pops Network.

I call myself a Brand Architect because I do more than help people look polished. I help them uncover what makes their story valuable, design the structure around it, and build a brand capable of creating real connection.

Hip Pops is still part of who I am. This is simply the next layer—the architecture behind everything I have built, now applied to helping others build what comes next.
